  I am a T-mobile customer. So when I needed a car charger in a hurry and Wal-Mart had already failed me (no surprise there) I thought I would go to T-mobile and get one I new would work. I found the USB-C cord I knew I needed right away and then proceeded to wait in line for 10 to 15 minutes. There were only 2 people in the store and they were both busy helping customers open new lines. Which takes forever. Buying one cord would have taken all of 1 minute but no one seemed able to figure that out. Honestly the worst T-mobile store I have ever been to and I will not go again. I didn't even end up buying it. After waiting for 15 minutes with no end in sight I threw that cord on a shelf and dipped. Usually I make a point of putting things away correctly but since they couldn't do their jobs efficiently I didn't feel too bad about it.

  Tyler & Cynthia were super awesome! We came in to switch over from Walmart family mobile to T-Mobile and they helped us out so much!!! They really knew what they were doing and helped us pick out new phones as well! These people are super cool and I would totally recommend T-Mobile to everyone! (:

  Slow service. Staff have lied to my face. Service is slow as Hell. The bill your told you will pay is always more. Someone is always in the back not helping even when their is a line. The staff their seem to be in a revolving door of someone new every month
